Is it time to buy or sell your home?
When we are talking about the place where you have or will lay your head down at night, your shelter & sanctuary, the place where fond memories have or will be cultivated and where children have or will be raised... then there is no question that choosing the right realtor is important. Who will you trust with this enormous responsibility?
What criteria will you use to entrust this important process to?
I encourage you to talk with your friends, co-workers & family to get recommendations, however, may I suggest that there is no one in the world quite like you? What was a good fit for someone else may not necessarily be right for you. There is no substitute for taking the time to speak with someone face to face!
If you are beginning a search for the "right" realtor, then I ask that you will permit me 30 minutes of your time. If you do not feel that I am the right fit for your needs, then I will happily refer several agents who are above reproach with regard to their character and their ability to get results.
Your satisfaction is all that matters!

Bill went above and beyond for us. He promptly answered all our questions, always greeted us with a smile, and never seemed discouraged with us. (I know we were a handful) We highly recommended him for any of your real estate needs! He is knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Throughout this process, not only did we gain our realtor for life...but also a friend.
